WSH Officer - #1171446

Implement WSH policies and ensure site compliance.

Conduct daily site inspections and identify hazards.

Prepare/review Risk Assessments (RA), SWP and PTW.

Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and worker inductions.

Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor subcontractors and ensure compliance with LTA/HDB requirements.

Maintain WSH records, inspection reports and safety statistics.

Support safety audits and emergency drills.

Liaise with LTA/HDB, consultants, contractors and MOM.

Requirements

• MOM-registered WSH Officer (WSHO).

• Specialist Diploma in WSH or relevant Diploma/Degree is commonly required.

• Typically 3+ years’ construction WSH experience; LTA/HDB/A&A experience is advantageous.

• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, risk management and construction safety.

• Good communication, documentation and incident-investigation skills.
