Quantity Surveyor - #1171295

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects

• Monitor ongoing expenses and identify potential savings

• Produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders

• Manage contracts and procurement

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money

• Conduct risk assessments and method statements

• Perform cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety

• Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management

• Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred

• Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Good written and verbal communication skills
