Branch Manager – Job Scope

• Manage the overall daily operations of the branch.

• Ensure sales targets and cost-control goals are achieved.

• Supervise staff attendance, scheduling, discipline and performance.

• Conduct daily briefings and assign duties clearly.

• Train employees on service standards, product knowledge and company SOPs.

• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.

• Check food quality, portion size, presentation and serving time.

• Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage and inventory records.

• Ensure cashiering, sales reports and cash-handling procedures are accurate.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.

• Ensure all licences, government regulations and company policies are followed.

• Inspect the branch before opening and after closing.

• Report daily sales, expenses, incidents and operational issues to management.

• Prevent theft, unauthorised discounts and misuse of company property.

• Support promotions and actively improve branch revenue.

• Handle emergencies and resolve staff or operational problems promptly.

• Be fully responsible for the branch’s sales, service, staff and overall performance.
