We are a professional manufacturer of lens cleaning products, including cleaning solutions, lens wipes, and other specialty cleaning products. Our customers include well-known brands across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

As part of our international business operations, Prosben Group works across markets and supply chains, providing employees with valuable exposure to cross-functional business operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Perform accurate data entry and updating of sales order information in the ERP system.
• Assist and maintain proper filing of sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Suppliers, and other internal teams to ensure information and documents are communicated accurately and on time.
• Support the Sales team in handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requirements.
• Ensure sales documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, administration are welcome.
• Familiarity with basic sales documents is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of international trading is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to read Chinese.
