Marketing Assistant (Livestream Operations) - #1171258

Job Scope

• Support the team with the backend operation of livestream sessions
• Set up livestream equipment, products, promotional links and discount vouchers
• Upload, arrange and pin the correct products during livestreams
• Monitor viewer comments, questions and customer enquiries
• Assist the livestream host with product information, pricing and promotions
• Manage the livestream timing, product sequence and session flow
• Troubleshoot basic technical or platform issues during livestreams
• Prepare products, props and the livestream area before each session
• Record livestream results, including views, engagement, leads and sales
• Assist with filming and editing simple social-media content
• Support daily marketing activities and administrative duties
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing tasks when required

No on-camera hosting is required.

Requirements

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other livestream platforms
• Comfortable working behind the scenes during livestream sessions
• Able to multitask and respond quickly during live sessions
• Basic knowledge of social media and content creation
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work flexible hours depending on the livestream schedule
• Experience is preferred, but training can be provided
