Responsibilities

• Represent brands directly to customers through face-to-face sales campaigns to increase product awareness and sales
• Engage customers actively to understand their needs and present product benefits clearly
• Drive sales by promoting products persuasively and closing transactions effectively
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sales activities and events
• Participate in training sessions and apply coaching feedback to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
• Track and report sales performance and customer feedback to support continuous improvement
• Contribute positively to team culture by participating in team activities and celebrating group achievements
