Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in executing building projects by planning activities, coordinating technical and site issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project activities to align with the master schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with consultants to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues impacting project progress
• Manage on-site coordination with subcontractors to address and resolve site-related challenges efficiently
• Collaborate with the project team to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions to maintain project quality
• Support the Project Manager in tracking project milestones and preparing progress reports for stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building project management and execution
