As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), respecting their individual preferences.
• Support oral/NGT/PEG feeding, medication administration, and basic monitoring (e.g., vitals, wound care under supervision).
• Contribute to planning and facilitating daily programming, activities, and community outings.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages, and engage in cleaning, disinfection, transport escort, and logistics support.
• Assist with administrative duties, inventory management, and material procurement.
• Promptly escalate and report any incidents, complaints, or unusual observations.
• Maintain overall cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and equipment hygiene.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge for improved performance.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE “O” or “N” level; Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Community Care) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of designing and conducting various care programs for seniors
• A cooperative and reliable team player
• Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
