During these interactions, the officer applies restorative practices and leverages teachable moments to guide and reinforce positive student behaviour. The officer also conducts proactive patrolling during recesses, arrival and dismissal timings. The officer is also responsible in ensuring that assigned tasks are meaningful and developmental, and for following up with form teachers regarding students who have missed their scheduled sessions.
