- Manage end-to-end shipping documentation, including import/export permits, air waybills, and bills of lading.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
- Coordinate closely with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support smooth shipment processing.
- Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate filing and records for shipping, customs, and operational documents.
