Assistant System Engineer - #1168940

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building facilities, utilities, and supporting systems within the manufacturing plant. This role supports production by maintaining facility equipment, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot facility-related equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions.

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

• Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and service reports.

• Support equipment installation, facility expansion, and improvement projects.

• Participate in emergency response and business continuity activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related Engineering discipline. (Entry candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply).

• 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in Manufacturing industry

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and basic root cause analysis.

• Good understanding of workplace safety and environmental regulations.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
