Project Site Coordinator (Renovation) - #1168576

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Site Coordinator (Renovation) to lead ground-level execution across our residential and commercial renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring renovation works adhere strictly to approved design plans, architectural details, and quality finishing standards.

• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Plan daily schedules and coordinate trade workers, sub-contractors, and material suppliers to prevent project bottlenecks or execution delays.

• Timeline Tracking & Progress Reporting: Monitor site progress against project schedules and provide clear, timely updates to Project Managers and clients.

• On-Site Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site issues, drawings/clashes, or unexpected structural conditions quickly and practically on-site.

• Safety & Material Compliance: Verify incoming materials against project specifications and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment on-site.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, architectural works, or renovation projects (Residential, Commercial, or Landed Property).

• Education: Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or ITE in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related fields.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, interior drawings, and shop drawings.

  • Familiarity with renovation sequences, structural detailing, and finishing works.

  • Basic literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is an advantage.

• Attributes: Strong communication skills, reliable leadership on-site, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

• Driving: Possessing a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.
