Position Summary
The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient logistics coordination, and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. This role requires strong leadership to guide warehouse staff, optimize processes, and support cross-functional collaboration. The Supervisor will also play a key role in ERP/WMS system utilization, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and ERP updates
Implement and enforce SOPs, ISO standards, and compliance with company policies.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and production schedules.
Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and conduct performance reviews.
Enforce workplace safety standards and conduct regular safety audits.
Implement and monitor 5S principles to keep the warehouse organized and efficient.
Ensure all aisles, racks, and storage areas are free from obstructions, spills, and unnecessary items.
Oversee proper disposal of packaging materials, pallets, and other waste in designated areas.
Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are parked safely, cleaned, and maintained after use.
Prepare operational reports for management review and decision-making.
Perform any other duties or special projects assigned by superiors to support business needs.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Proven track record in inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and freight coordination.
Syspro ERP experience will be advantageous, but candidates with SAP or Oracle ERP knowledge are also highly valued.
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite
