About the role
Reporting to Packaging Supervisor, you'll be responsible to manufacture quality products that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Production Technicians are responsible for executing the processing operations that support the needs of the business. Production Technicians also perform duties associated with operating, monitoring, connecting, cleaning and troubleshooting the equipment.
Your responsibilities
Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands. Strict adherence to GMP, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense.
Monitor and execute proper functions of the process equipment including fixing equipment, Filling machines, end of line equipment and operations support.
Operates the processing computer control system, including trouble shooting issues and monitoring while in operations.
Perform all secondary duties associated with the manufacturing operations and complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. (including maintaining of log-sheets and batch records)
Perform product testing as defined in SOP and maintaining records with GDP compliance.
Perform all assigned maintenance and cleaning activities of manufacturing equipment whenever required.
Execute proper disassembly and assembly of various machineries in the production areas.
The experience we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level
Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed
Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work 12-hour shift work (day shift only)
Willing to work in Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT stations)
