Job Responsibilities

• Input enquiry details into system to maintain updated prospective member records on a daily basis

• Handle enquiries by members via phone calls and emails on a daily basis

• Update members’ account services requests and payment record into system to maintain updated membership records

• Remind expiring members to renew membership on a monthly basis

• Replenishment of forms and brochures on a monthly basis

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/Administrative/Membership services

• Customer service oriented and a good team player
