Facility Engineer (FSM) - #1168891

Job Description:

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Building and Facilities.

• Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance.

• Liaise with and oversee service providers and contractors for various facility-related services.

• Ensure that the Building and Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations.

• Manage security measures and access control to protect the Building and its occupants.

• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

• May require to attend to retail shops for technical service support.
