Product Development Executive - #1166807

We are looking for a Product Development Executive (Sleep-Related Products) to drive the research, design, development and improvement of sleep-related products and wellness solutions. This role focuses on identifying market trends, enhancing product performance, coordinating with suppliers and supporting the successful launch of products that improve sleep comfort, quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions

• Develop and improve sleep-related products, comfort solutions and supporting sleep accessories.

• Work closely with sales team to formulate sales and marketing strategies.

• Handle sourcing of raw materials, conceptualising of product designs, features and costing.

• Support product testing, quality assurance, compliance and performance evaluation.

• Liaise and coordinate closely with local and overseas customers.

• Ensure products launches are completed according to schedule.

• Perform any other duties and assignments as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• Relevant background in the furniture /mattress industry is preferred, but not necessary.

• 5 day work week.

• Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Good projects and time management skills.

• Problem solving aptitude.

• Only open for Singaporean.
