As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our accounting team and looking for a Senior Accounts Executive (资深会计) who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and making a real impact.

This role is based in Tai Seng (North-East Region) and offers a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts across different industries, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping.

• Prepare full set of accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and balance sheet schedules.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking.

• Prepare and support GST and tax compliance documentation for timely statutory submissions.

• Maintain and review general ledger accuracy and ensure proper accounting treatment.

• Support and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and improving team efficiency.

• Liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting issues and provide clear, practical financial advice.

• Work closely with internal teams (corporate secretarial, tax, payroll) to deliver integrated client solutions.

• Use accounting software and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant regulations.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting / bookkeeping experience, preferably in a professional services or small practice environment.

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting, AAT, LCCI, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of full set accounts and bookkeeping processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero).

• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to manage multiple client portfolios and meet tight deadlines.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of work.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred (to support Mandarin-speaking clients).
