About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our team at our Kaki Bukit East Region location. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our medical products to customers. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing, engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales whilst providing exceptional service. Your energy and communication skills will be essential in converting customer interest into successful sales and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, providing product information and assistance to support their purchasing decisions

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our medical products and their benefits, answering customer queries with confidence and professionalism

• Execute effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards

• Maintain an attractive and well-organised sales display area, ensuring products are presented effectively

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to management

• Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new products and company initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Sales Associate, or similar customer-facing retail role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently

• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about medical products and their applications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills with proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

• A commitment to maintaining professional standards and company policies

• Preferred: Background or interest in the healthcare or medical products industry
