As a Cargo Coordinator - (East Region), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate daily cargo operations to ensure timely movement of shipments.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including airway bills, cargo manifests, and customs documentation.

• Monitor inbound and outbound cargo movements and update shipment records.

• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams.

• Coordinate cargo acceptance, storage, loading, and dispatch according to operational requirements.

• Ensure cargo handling complies with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages.

• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports.

• Support warehouse operations, inventory control, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holders or experienced with warehouse operations will be an advantage.

• Able to work permanent shift work

• Willing to learn to drive a forklift
