LEW Electrical Engineer (Grade 7, Permanent) - #1168840

About the Role:

• Plan and execute annual electrical shutdowns and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability with minimal operational disruption.

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade electrical, lighting, and lightning protection systems while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Lead electrical projects from planning to completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.

• Supervise contractors, mentor junior staff, and provide technical guidance and training to certify staff for basic electrical works.

• Engage with clients to understand requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

About You:

• Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification (EMA-recognized)

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
