• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a specialised healthcare centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal resource utilisation.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organisational priorities, translating plans into measurable operational outcomes.

• Partner with multidisciplinary clinical, nursing, allied health, and administrative teams to enhance patient care and operational excellence.

• Drive service transformation initiatives by reviewing workflows, implementing best practices, and improving the overall patient journey.

• Manage large-scale operational projects, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder alignment, and programme sustainability.

• Analyse operational and clinical data to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow, resource planning, and operational efficiency through innovation and process optimisation.

• Build strong partnerships with internal departments, government agencies, and external organisations to strengthen service delivery and community engagement.

• Lead public education initiatives, outreach programmes, and collaborations to promote healthcare awareness and preventive care.

• Support business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and funding proposals to ensure long-term operational sustainability.

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory standards, and governance requirements while supporting accreditation activities.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to project teams, committees, and key stakeholders.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences / Business Management or equivalent

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
