Summary

Lead manufacturing operations by driving process improvements, optimizing equipment and material flow, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency in a wafer fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead and coach Manufacturing Specialists and Supervisors to achieve productivity and operational targets.

* Drive manufacturing discipline to minimize quality excursions, IRR, rework, and scrap.

* Manage WIP movement to meet daily output and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals.

* Oversee BOM planning, reticle, and stencil management.

* Implement manufacturing systems (RMS, barcode, RFID) to improve traceability and reduce manual errors.

* Ensure compliance with fab safety standards.

* Plan and coordinate equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

Requirements

* Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a semiconductor fab; or Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (eWLB, WLB, WLD), process technology, and electronics/mechanical principles.

* Proven leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
