As a Senior Assistant Manager (Clinical Strategy & Governance) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide governance, secretariat, and administrative support to the department, including organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and monitoring action items.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and standards to enhance quality, patient safety, clinical risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Track and report governance performance indicators, consolidate dashboards and management reports, and prepare board papers and submissions for review and decision-making.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by gathering and consolidating inputs from stakeholders across quality, risk, informatics, and professional practice to support strategic clinical programmes and organisational priorities.

• Support compliance with organisational, cluster, and national clinical governance requirements by identifying risks, escalating concerns where necessary, and following up on corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate governance records, documentation, version control, and audit trails while supporting internal and external audits, governance reviews, and compliance assessments.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in any field, preferably in Healthcare or Public Health, Health Administration.

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, governance, or strategy field.
