As a Assistant Manager, Communications (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Support the development and delivery of strategic communications that advance the population health narrative across internal and external platforms.

• Translate complex healthcare, primary care, and community care concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messages for diverse audiences.

• Ensure consistent messaging across communication channels to strengthen awareness and understanding among leadership, staff, partners, and the community.

• Plan and execute communications for key population health and preventive health initiatives, developing communication plans and messaging aligned with organisational priorities.

• Develop compelling content, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, speeches, presentations, videos, and website materials that showcase programme impact and community outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communication efforts and ensure consistent messaging.

• Support media communications by preparing press materials, coordinating media responses, and identifying publicity opportunities.

• Manage communication timelines, monitor engagement and performance metrics, and use insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
