Property Executive cum Fire Safety Manager - #1168784

Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Property Executive cum FSM in joining them.

• Work closely with clients to conduct inspections of tenant units and identify any fire safety and regulatory non-compliance issues.

• Prepare inspection reports and document findings, observations, and recommended corrective actions after each inspection.

• Engage with tenants on compliance matters and carry out enforcement actions where necessary.

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

• Assist tenants in resolving non-compliance issues at their own cost and within the required timeline.

• Supervise contractors and ensure all repair, preventive, and routine maintenance works are carried out properly and completed in accordance with contract specifications and standards.

• Schedule and coordinate breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational effectiveness.

• Monitor and ensure common property areas are maintained in satisfactory and serviceable condition in compliance with relevant authority requirements.

• Recommend and coordinate rectification or improvement works where necessary.

• Manage and attend to residents’ and tenants’ feedback, complaints, and arrears-related matters.

• Verify and certify completion of contractors’ work and recommend payment upon satisfactory completion.

• Coordinate maintenance-related consultancy works with professional consultants and liaise with relevant authorities for applications and renewal of licenses and certificates.

• Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify root causes and implement preventive measures against recurrence.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Diploma in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.

• Certified Fire Safety Manager.

• Experience managing or coordinating multiple sites.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• 6 months contract

• 5.5 days work week
