As a Safety Officer (LTA), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist the Safety Manager in overseeing and leading the Safety team and subcontractors in implementing the Company's safety management systems across project sites.

• Monitor workplace safety and health aspects of all projects and ensure workers adhere to safe work practices.

• Assist in carrying out risk assessments for all projects and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping at site.

• Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and carry out responsibilities in line with the relevant Code of Practice.

• Report to the Project Manager and liaise closely with the Site Team on workplace safety, health and environmental matters to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Enforce all statutory safety requirements and the Company's safety policies, procedures and regulations.

• Prepare, implement and monitor safe work procedures and measures in compliance with MOM regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in LTA or similar infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
