Infant Care Teachers (Islandwide / ACEY or HCIC) - #1168759

Our client, a renowned early childhood provider, is looking for caring Infant Care Teachers to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where infants can thrive. You will support their growth by addressing essential needs such as feeding, bathing, and diapering, while facilitating activities that encourage development through play, reading, and singing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care, meeting infants' daily needs, including feeding, bathing, and diapering.

• Design and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.

• Monitor and document each infant’s progress in behavior, health, and social development.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.

• Support center events and contribute to community engagement and marketing efforts.

• Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates on their child’s progress.

Requirements

• Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care (CIT) and Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).

• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for early childhood care.
