Sales/Business Development Executive - #1168742

Responsibilities:

General

This role is Remote/ work from home basis

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

• Conduct research on target clients and industries to identify potential opportunities

• Actively perform cold outreach and lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline

Sales Execution

• Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis with prospects

• Present company services and solutions clearly and confidently

• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

• Handle negotiations and close deals with clients

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales stage

• Ensure a positive client experience from first contact to deal closure

Pipeline & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or sales trackers

• Track and manage sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets

• Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales Admin team to ensure proper documentation, proposals, and billing setup

• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, compliance, company secretarial) to ensure smooth handover after deal closure
