Job Scope:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients to drive business growth.

2. Manage key customer accounts and provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.

3. Prepare costings, quotations, proposals, and tender submissions based on customers' requirements.

4. Conduct product presentations and introduce products and solutions to architects, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

5. Coordinate project schedules with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

6. Provide after-sales support by following up with customers and coordinating with internal departments to resolve enquiries and issues.

7. Monitor project progress and support project management activities to ensure successful project completion.
