End User Computing Executive (IT) - #1168663

Responsibilities

• Point of Contact to End User Support & Maintenance, troubleshooting network, connectivity and servers' matters.

• Provide timely IT support to end users across local and regional offices, including desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting.

• Support Windows 11 operating systems, including OS configuration and user troubleshooting.

• Manage Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic user access support.

• Manage end-user PC setup, configuration, and deployment for new joiners and replacements.

• Installed, configured, and troubleshoot printer drivers, printer connectivity, and print queue issues.

• Respond promptly to IT inquiries and incidents, ensuring issues are resolved within defined service levels.

• Track, document, and maintain records of end-user issues and resolutions.

• Troubleshooting for network devices and connectivity issues, server and system support.

• Involve in IT projects and adhoc support.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Preferably with 2 years in End User Computing / IT Infrastructure related work experience. Those without prior experience and have strong IT concepts and knowledge in IT infrastructure are welcome to apply.

• Possess good understanding of IT infrastructure and user environments.

• Proficient in desktop/laptop support, software installation, patching, and IT asset management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS) and troubleshooting network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, IP configuration, network devices)

• Good working knowledge of IT security practices.

• Knowledge of basic server administrator background/Comptia certification would be advantageous.

• Comfortable with setting up, racking, or moving IT equipment when required.
