UI/UX Designer - #1168731

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with CEO, COO, Developers, and Marketing to translate user needs and business objectives into seamless digital products.

The ideal candidate possesses strong design thinking, user research, interaction design, and visual design capabilities, with the ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platforms.

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify customer needs and pain points.

• Create user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard design tools.

• Design responsive and accessible user interfaces that align with modern UX principles and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with CEO, COO, Developers, and Marketing throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Maintain and continuously improve design systems, UI components, style guides, and design standards.

• Conduct usability testing and analyse user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

• Ensure consistency across all digital products while maintaining brand identity.

• Work with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and feasibility.

• Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous UX improvement.

• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and end-to-end design thinking.

• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with Design Systems and component libraries.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is an advantage.

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
