Finance Specialist / Accountant - #1168525

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing the company's financial policies and procedures;

2. Supervise the daily operations of the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance;

3. Review and approve finance-related work, including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, and general ledger;

4. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and conduct financial analysis;

5. Assist in the completion of annual statutory audits and other special audit assignments for the companies under your responsibility;

6. Participate in regular inventory stocktake at retail stores and warehouses, and prepare stocktake reports;

7. Maintain effective communication with banks, tax authorities, ACRA, and other regulatory bodies;

8. Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in financial management;

2. Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Experience in setting up and managing overseas subsidiaries or branch offices is an advantage;

3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds;

4. High level of professional integrity, detail-oriented, responsible, risk-aware, and capable of leading and developing a team.

5. Strong willingness and ability to learn continuously, with an interest in researching accounting standards and tax regulations in different countries.
