Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies across multiple digital platforms.

• Build, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence, audience engagement, and online community.

• Develop content directions, campaign concepts, and digital storytelling initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Monitor social media performance metrics, audience growth, engagement trends, and campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on platform analytics and insights.

• Oversee production coordination for digital content, videos, campaigns, photoshoots, and marketing materials.

• Coordinate both in-house and outsourced creative teams, agencies, videographers, designers, and production vendors.

• Plan content calendars, campaign timelines, and digital initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Ensure branding consistency and effective execution across all digital channels.

• Stay updated on market trends, platform algorithms, content trends, and competitor activities.

• Drive innovative and engaging ideas to strengthen the company’s online visibility, brand positioning, and community growth.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital branding, or content strategy roles.

• Strong experience in building and growing social media pages and online communities.

• Experience managing production workflows, creative projects, and outsourced vendors/agencies.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement strategies, and digital marketing trends.

• Strategic thinker with strong creative direction and project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Portfolio or proven track record of successful brand or social media growth initiatives preferred.
