Sales Account Manager | Basic $2,800 - $3,500 + Commission

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Work Site: Can be at company office at 18 Tampines Industrial Crescent or at customer site (Woodlands)

• Entry level are welcome

Job Description & Requirements

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management

• Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

• Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not necessary

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification level: Diploma in Business/Marketing/Electrical & Electronics Engineering n.e.c./Electrical related
