Sales Manager (Semiconductor /Micron/ Key Account Management) - #1167945

• Position: Sales Manager (Semiconductor /Micron/ Key Account Management)

• Location: Woodlands (Bus nearby)

• Working hours: 5 Days a week (Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $9500 (Transport allowance $1000 + mobile $300) + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Engineering Technology

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers’ procurement, engineering and management teams.

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Work closely with technical teams to introduce products and value-added solutions.

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and support commercial negotiations.

• Manage contracts, sales forecasts, pipeline updates and account reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

• Participate in customer business reviews, technical discussions and project meetings.

• Provide regular sales updates and account development plans to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales or business development.

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering or technology industries will be advantageous.

• Candidates with exposure to major semiconductor customers or fabs will be advantageous.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.

• Strong negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills.

• Able to manage sales pipeline, forecasts and account development plans.
