• Position : Sales Admin Coordinator (Manufacturing / Order Processing)

• Location : North – Woodlands Sector

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Plastic Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and related documents.

• Coordinate customer orders, stock availability and delivery schedules.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates.

• Maintain customer, sales and inventory records.

• Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service.

• Experience in manufacturing or preparing sales documents is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an advantage.
