Job Scope:

• Lead and manage the New Product Development (NPD) quality process from product design through to mass production and product launch.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, standards, and procedures in compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

• Establish quality control plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to ensure successful product development and on-time project delivery.

• Define and implement product reliability testing, quality evaluation, and validation processes to meet design specifications and customer expectations.

• Monitor quality performance, analyse quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop quality teams across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring effective communication, resource planning, and achievement of departmental objectives.

• Develop workflow governance, APQP documentation, and quality processes to standardise NPD activities and support continuous improvement.

• Ensure effective integration of quality and NPD systems with SAP, TRMS, and other business systems to improve data accuracy and process visibility.

• Prepare quality reports and present quality performance, project status, and improvement initiatives to senior management while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidates with New Product Development / Semiconductor Manufacturing / Customer Launch or ANY related experience are welcome to apply

• Certification & knowledge of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, IATF 16949 etc.)
