BIM Modeller - #1168567

We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture /Structure/ MEP trade.

Job Description:

Tender Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Company standard.

• Create Still images rendering for the presentation.

• Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.

• Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference.

Project Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.

• Preparation of models for coordination and Shop drawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule

• Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualization aids

• Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture/ Structure/ Construction Management related field

• At least 3-5 years of BIM experience in main contractors

• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes

• Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling
