Executive, Hospitality (Education) - #1168561

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to support hospitality operations, venue management, and event coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $4200/month
Location: West
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs, 5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate venue bookings, site visits, and venue handovers to ensure smooth operations

• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on catering, equipment, logistics, and event requirements

• Support the management of event spaces and ensure compliance with tenancy and operational requirements

• Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and billing arrangements for venue-related activities

• Track venue-related financial information and support administrative operations

• Ensure facilities are well-maintained and comply with relevant policies and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service and support for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in Hospitality, Events Management, or a related discipline

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

• Meticulous, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of hospitality operations, health and safety standards, and event management practices

• Technical knowledge of exhibition systems, electrical works, carpentry, or digital printing will be an advantage

• Familiarity with Ariba is a plus

• Comfortable working on-site and moving between different locations when required
