Urgent hiring: Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer (Petrochemical) - #1168457

Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and reliability of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems, including DCS, PLC, automation equipment, facilities, and related plant systems.
Plan, coordinate, and execute plant turnaround activities, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Develop, schedule, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical, instrumentation, DCS, PLC, and automation systems to enhance equipment reliability and availability.
Support the Engineering & Maintenance Manager in annual CAPEX budgeting and identify improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and long-term plant sustainability.
Develop and execute long-term maintenance strategies and plans to improve overall plant reliability.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical, recurring, or significant equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Manage calibration activities for instruments and equipment while ensuring all relevant ISO documentation is properly maintained and updated.
Coordinate site activities with contractors, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the petrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, PLC, DCS, and industrial automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical single-line diagrams, control diagrams, and PLC/DCS programs.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, independent, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
