Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution in Singapore to hire a Senior CMDB / ITOM Engineer, supporting enterprise CMDB governance, ServiceNow ITOM, and infrastructure discovery initiatives within its Technology Infrastructure team.

Lead the onboarding of infrastructure and applications into the Group CMDB while ensuring accurate service mapping, data quality, and governance across critical enterprise technology environments.

What You Will Do

• Lead onboarding of Singapore infrastructure and applications into the Group CMDB.
• Drive ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management activities.
• Establish CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, and service dependency mapping.
• Manage data quality, CI reconciliation, and Discovery health.
• Act as the local subject matter expert and escalation point for CMDB and ITOM matters.

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of CMDB, ITOM, or IT Operations Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Device42.
• Strong infrastructure, networking, cloud, and scripting knowledge.
• ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification is highly preferred.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of CMDB governance and CSDM principles.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure discovery and configuration data.
• Knowledge of MAS TRM and IT governance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure and technology teams.
