Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, call-back services, and modernization projects.

• Plan and coordinate service schedules to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

• Manage service contracts, monitor contract renewals, and support customer retention initiatives.

• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate a team of service technicians to ensure productivity, performance, and compliance with safety standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in resolving complex service issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, property managers, and building owners by responding promptly to service requests and resolving issues effectively.

• Conduct regular site visits, monitor service quality, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Prepare service reports, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend operational improvements to Management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or equivalent qualification.

• Min 3 -5 years of experience in the Lift and Escalator/ Construction or similar industry.

• Possess strong written and communication skills in English & Chinese.

• Experience leading or supervising a service team is preferred.

• Strong leadership, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Can start work immediately or at a short notice.
