Programme Manager (CDMO Product Development) - #1168360

Our client is a leading player in Manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a CDMO Technical Program Manager to be part of their production Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical product development programs from concept to manufacturing.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and technical deliverables.

• Review product designs, engineering documentation, and technical risks.

• Support design verification, validation, and regulatory documentation.

• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and manufacturing readiness.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing.

• Support process validation, product transfer, and production scale-up.

• Monitor project performance and resolve technical issues throughout development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of product development experience in IVD consumables, medical devices, or biomedical precision assemblies.

• Minimum 3 years of technical leadership or project management experience within regulated MedTech product development.

• Experience with microfluidics, reagent integration, and tolerance analysis for complex assemblies.

• Experience with government grant initiatives, innovation or capability transformation programs, or specialized training in medical design, engineering, or quality systems will be an advantage.
