Payroll Specialist (Mon–Fri | Jurong East | Bi-Weekly Payroll | BIPO System)

Salary: Basic up to $3,300
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Jurong East (5-minute walk from MRT)
Benefits: Bi-Yearly Performance Bonus

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for contract staff

• Generate, verify, and reconcile payroll and billing reports, including margin analysis

• Ensure payroll operations comply with Employment Act and statutory regulations

• Manage IRAS-related submissions including IR21 tax clearance and IR8A reporting

• Handle CPF matters, NS Make-Up Pay claims, insurance claims, CPF refunds, and Government-Paid Leave claims

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation

• Proficient in BIPO/Prosoft payroll system is a strong advantage
