Quantity Surveyor | $3,000 to $4,500 + VB

• Industry: telecommunications and utilities infrastructure contractor

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM

• Working Location: Woodlands

• Benefits: 14 days Annual leave Cap 18 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.

• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and financial performance.

• Handle tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Manage procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services.

• Administer contracts, variations, progress claims, and final accounts.

• Prepare and assess variation orders (VO) and project claims.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project budgets.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, utility companies, and subcontractors.

• Provide cost analysis, financial reporting, and project feasibility advice.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
