Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday - Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Alt Saturday once in a month)
Salary: Up to $3800

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate quotations, RFQs and sales orders for industrial valves, fittings and related products, ensuring all technical and pricing details are captured.

• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier and principal communications, gathering up‑to‑date pricing, specifications and lead‑time information.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing and basic technical data, guiding prospects toward purchasing decisions.

• Track quotation status and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed orders, providing necessary follow‑up support.

• Process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other sales documentation, maintaining a complete and auditable record of each transaction.

• Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics partners to schedule shipments, monitor order progress and resolve any delivery issues.

• Monitor stock levels, flag low‑inventory situations and work with the purchasing function to trigger timely replenishment.

• Maintain up‑to‑date sales information in the ERP/CRM platform, ensuring data integrity for reporting, forecasting and order management.
