• Location : Bus Distance from Woodlands/ Admiralty MRT

Job Scope:

• Prepare project quotations, budgets, and cost estimates.

• Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration.

• Monitor project costs and handle claims, VO, and final accounts.

• Maintain project documentation and financial records.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
