Airfreight Officer - Export (1Y Contract) - #1168180

Our Client:

• Logistics Industry, MNC

• Mon to Fri 830am-530pm, alt Sat 830am-1230pm

• Alps Ave (Co tpt provided)

• UP $3000 Basic + Transport Subsidy

• 1Y Contract - renewable based on performance
  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage air export shipments from booking through to departure

• Liaise with customers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely shipment updates

• Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, permits, flight bookings, and cargo handling while ensuring compliance with export requirements

• Provide prompt support for export enquiries and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment issues and deliver excellent customer service
  

Requirements:

• No experience is welcome, training will be provided

• Minimum Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent

• Singaporeans only
