About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing semiconductor operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on HR professional with end-to-end HR experience, capable of partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our people strategy, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Leads and Department Heads on workforce planning, manpower strategy, and talent retention initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture, morale, and retention.

  • Support annual performance appraisal cycles, and collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees for performance management.

  • Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolutions.

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

  • Forecast quarterly hiring needs and proactively manage recruitment pipelines.

  • Organise and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and hiring events in collaboration with educational institutions and government agencies.

  • Support other HR-related initiatives and ad-hoc duties as required.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.

  • Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment using diverse interview and assessment methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
