About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing semiconductor operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on HR professional with end-to-end HR experience, capable of partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our people strategy, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Business Leads and Department Heads on workforce planning, manpower strategy, and talent retention initiatives.
Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture, morale, and retention.
Support annual performance appraisal cycles, and collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees for performance management.
Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolutions.
Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Forecast quarterly hiring needs and proactively manage recruitment pipelines.
Organise and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and hiring events in collaboration with educational institutions and government agencies.
Support other HR-related initiatives and ad-hoc duties as required.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment using diverse interview and assessment methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
